Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Announces Blu-Ray and DVD Release as 3.0+1.11, Gets New Promotional Video 1f6s20

Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time announced that the film’s Blu-ray and DVD will be released on March 8, 2023, exactly two years after the film’s premiere which brought a conclusion to the 25-year-long Evangelion series. The film first premiered as the “3.0+1.0” version, and later came the “3.0+1.01” version with partial adjustments on June 12. The product compiles a version with further edits and is titled “3.0+1.11.” The film earned ¥10.2bn (~$70.5m) in Japan and became the highest-grossing film of 2021. 3n525l

The product has two editions, the first limited edition, and the regular edition: both of them include the new bonus video “EVANGELION:3.0 (−46h)” and a few other perks:

  1. The First Limited Edition; a set of two Blu-ray discs (the main film and the bonus video) and an Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc (the main film), ¥10,780 (≒ $74)
  2. Regular Edition; a set of two DVDs or Blu-ray discs (the main film and the bonus video), ¥8,580 (≒ $59)

The fourth of Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition was produced and co-distributed by the company. In addition, the promotion was also handled by the company.
It made 10.28 billion yen at the box office. (as of December 15, 2021)
Directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki, Katsuichi Nakayama, Mahiro Maeda, with Hideaki Anno acting as chief director.
